We are seeking experienced, hard-working, proactive individuals who are motivated to become part of our growth-oriented team.
|Duties:||Counter Managers play a key role in--|
-Increasing sales and growing the business;
-Enhancing the retailer’s image as a high-end store; and
-Establishing and maintaining retailer as the destination store for our prestige brand, Laura Mercier cosmetics.
-Assist customer in doing facial and makeover consultations
-Attend training classes and maintain product knowledge awareness
-Conduct product demonstrations to model selling and customer service techniques
-Develop and maintain own clientele, including phone contact, letters, and phone calls
-Drive sales and assure that all goals are being met
-Focus brand sales by line/resource
-Is an expert about merchandise/line – the features, advantages, and benefits
-Operate P.O.S. register and report sales accurately
-Recommend proprietary credit to all customers, in keeping with retailer’s standards
|Qualifications:||Requirements for the Position:|
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Retail sales
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High energy, driven and a commitment to succeed
Education and/or Experience:
- Proven track record of cosmectic sales a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
